Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort. The classic Chinese elegance of the property and the spacious, comfortable rooms made it a perfect getaway. However, the location is quite far from downtown Hangzhou and the famous West Lake, which might be a downside for some. The service and the unique dining experience at the buffet were highlights for me.
I had a pleasant and surprising stay at the hotel, with a unique location near Xixi Wetland that provided a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The staff, especially Sissy, were impressive with their professionalism and warmth. However, some issues with the facilities, including intermittent air conditioning and confusing room access, detracted from the experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The unique setting near the Xixi Wetland offered a tranquil escape, and the staff was genuinely warm and professional, which made a big difference in my stay. However, navigating the hotel was a bit of a hassle, and the room had several maintenance issues. Overall, it's a nice place, but some improvements could elevate the experience significantly.
Staying at this hotel felt like returning home, and the staff made my long stay much easier with their exceptional support. The rooms were spacious but had an unusual bathroom setup that took some getting used to. Being right by the Xixi Wetland Park was fantastic for nature lovers, though I wished for a more generous food selection in the Club lounge. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with some minor quirks, making it a good value for a long stay.
Staying at Sheraton Wetland Park was a delightful experience overall. The customer service was exceptional, particularly with Febre from the concierge who assisted us with complex logistics. The atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel facilities were nice, though the breakfast selection was primarily Chinese and not as varied as I hoped. The location is beautiful but a bit far from the more touristy areas of Hangzhou. I definitely appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, even if the lighting could use some improvement.
